I accept Paypal and credit cards. If you want to pay by credit card without a Paypal account, in the login screen click on the "I do not have a Paypal account" option and then securely enter your credit card details. It's a new feature of Paypal's that means you can use your credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account!

All orders placed that total under $100.00 are shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

All orders placed that total $100.00 and over are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The total price of shipping will be $6.95 for this upgraded service. I will contact you after you have placed your order with an invoice for the adjusted shipping cost. You have the option of choosing to insure your package and the cost of this service will be calculated by the value to be insured. Please contact me if this is what you desire.

All international orders totaling under $100.00 USD are shipped USPS First Class Mail International. The low price of shipping that I offer does not include track-ability. If you would like your package to be track-able, I will ship it USPS Priority Mail International for a shipping charge of $14.00 USD. Priority Mail International includes the option to insure your package. This is an additional cost determined by the value of the items to be insured.

All orders totaling $100.00 USD and over are automatically shipped USPS Priority Mail International for a shipping cost of $14.00 USD. Insurance is available with this service if you desire it. It is calculated by the value of the items being insured. I will contact you after you have placed your order with an invoice for the adjusted shipping costs.

International Wholesale orders will ship out Priority Mail international with insurance for $16.99 USD.

I cannot be held responsible for any package that is lost or damaged after it leaves my hands. Please be aware of this and choose your shipping option carefully. Please be advised that when shipping outside the USA, I am not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may be imposed on your shipment. I cannot give you an exact estimate on how much time it will take to reach your destination.

I have a very high level of quality control, but should it be necessary to return an item, I will happily exchange or refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a return authorization number before shipping the items back to Mamacita Beadworks. You may obtain a number by e-mailing your request to: darsie@mamacitabeadworks.com.

The returned items must have this return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The items being returned must be shipped fully insured through UPS or the U.S. Post Office at shippers expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. I will not be responsible for lost packages or packages that become damaged during shipping. PLEASE INSURE ALL PACKAGES! You will receive a refund for the amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be electronically credited to card holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns; any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days. Items that are custom designed will not be returned or exchanged.

A minimum order of $400.00 retail merchandise is required. Please provide a valid federal tax i.d. number to receive a 50% discount. The 50% wholesale discount does not include the chain and leather cording or jump rings on the charms. It applies only to the pewter work itself.

I accept Paypal as payment. Paypal will process all major credit cards without the customer needing an account with Paypal. Because everything is hand cast in small batches, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to ship out.

International Wholesale orders will ship out Priority Mail international with insurance for $16.99 USD.

I'm sorry, but I am not currently accepting custom orders at this time. I am brewing a little bambino and my focus will be on that precious custom order until further notice!

The pewter I cast with is the finest quality lead and antimony free pewter. After some extensive research I decided on this alloy that includes silver, copper, bismuth and tin. I have found that this pewter alloy is strong, bright and has a gorgeous luster. It is also slow to tarnish unlike other pewter I have worked with. If your pewter does tarnish over time, it is easily polished with a simple pewter polish available at most department stores.

Understand that each piece is handmade by one person and requires time and love and that slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of my work. I thank you for supporting an independent artista!
